Orders placed at home

Delivery for all items ordered online is a 'kerbside drop-off' service. This means the courier will not be able to take the items inside or up any stairs. This includes standard deliveries for pianos. Please contact the store before ordering if you need a different delivery service, such as a complete installation.

All orders received from our website, www.rolandstorelondon.com are subject to review in terms of stock availability, inspection of products, packaging, and delivery details, before the shipment information is confirmed and the delivery process begins.

Roland is not responsible for late shipments for any causes beyond our control, such as the weather, transport, or courier delays.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland, including England, Scotland and Wales and our standard shipping charge is typically £3.99 inc. VAT for smaller items, such as clothing and merchandise. Requirements and delivery charges for larger items, like furniture pianos, vary considerably and are typically between £0 - £250, depending on location, ease of access and timing.  Please contact us to discuss your needs so that we can provide the right service at the right price.

Most of our deliveries for smaller items are dispatched using DX Delivery Service, and as part of the order process, DX are able to provide tracking information, so you will be able to see where your order is, and when it is likely to arrive, with a 2-hour delivery window as standard.  There are also options to change delivery day, leave with a nominated neighbour, and leave in a designated safe place. The service also includes full tracking, and proof of delivery, including photograph and GPS location scan.

Assuming stock is available, delivery times are between 2-3 days as part of our standard delivery service. We do not usually require a signature for smaller packages which are dispatched in a waterproof pouch. If you require our installation service, our specialist delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a specific and convenient time.  Depending on location and access, the delivery times can typically vary between 3-14 days.

If you make a purchase from our store on Denmark Street, our Store Team will advise on shipping costs, delivery options and timings at the point of purchase.  We use a variety of couriers and delivery services depending on the product being purchased.
